This is sad news.
The NYC ad agency that brought us "Where's the Beef?", Little Caesar's "Pizza Pizza" and Staples "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year" Back to School Ads have gone out of business.
There are a few possible reasons listed: too "old-school" with no crossover to modern, digital work; "poor account management"; and "failure to replace lost clients". (This last one was cited as one of Miramichi's FatKat's reasons for failure as well).
It seems that anyone, even the most creative, can go down if not careful. Creepy.
